Cookeville Culinary Group, in conjunction with Seven Senses and Blue Rooster Canteen, will host a wine pairing dinner on Wed., Dec. 5 featuring traditional Christmas fare from different regions of Italy. Reservations are being taken on a first-come basis, with over half of the spots taken already. Seats are $75 each, and guests will enjoy 6 courses of finely paired food by award-winning Chef Chad Combs and Coppola family wines. The menu consists of the following:
Course 1 – Coppola Sofia Brut Rosé

– Smoked salmon involtini w/artichoke hearts
– Caprese skewer
Course 2 – Coppola Rosso & Bianco Pinot Grigio
Tortellini en brodo (tortellini in broth)

Course 4 – Coppola Votre Santé Pinot Noir
