Seven Senses is proud to announce a brand new menu release for 2020, featuring several new and revamped dishes by Executive Chef Kristen Moser. All the old favorites still exist, but items such as the Tuscan Garden Pasta, Tennessee Meatloaf, Kristen’s own Stir Fry, Margherita Melt and our Turkey Guacamole Wrap are sure to appeal to even more varieties of palates.
“We’re traditionally a Southern American style restaurant,” shared owner/general manager Jay Albrecht. “But with this new menu, we decided to venture from the traditional path a bit more than usual while keeping our core strengths and guest favorites intact.”
This menu represents the first opportunity for Chef Kristen to craft her own flavor profile for the restaurant.
“Following in the footsteps of the accomplished Chef Chad Combs is not an easy task,” stated Albrecht. “Kristen learned a lot from Chad and it shows in how she has tackled this challenge and truly made so much of this menu her own.
“I couldn’t be more proud of her, and I’m so happy to be able to share these new dishes with our guests. These are flavors you simply won’t find anywhere else in Cookeville.”
Seven Senses has been operating off a limited menu since shortly after COVID-19 began to negatively affect the local industry.
“We’re super excited to bring a full menu back into play following the crisis we’ve all been going through,” said Albrecht. “We know we’re far from out of the woods, but we can assure our guests that we are taking many precautions to be as safe as possible in combatting the virus.”
