With 2020 being such a challenging year for the restaurant industry, special recognition for a job well done is even more satisfying.
Seven Senses was proud to recently receive the 2020 Readers’ Choice Award for “Best Bar & Grill” in the Cookeville area, an award given annually by the Herald-Citizen newspaper.
“This award couldn’t have come at a better time for us,” said Seven Senses owner/proprietor Jay Albrecht. “We were still struggling with what to do given the state of the pandemic at that time, so it was very uplifting and humbling to see this kind of support from our community.”
Seven Senses has been named in these awards in the past, but this is the first year the West Side restaurant earned a first place finish. Featuring unique food items from acclaimed Cookeville-based chefs Kristen Moser and Chad Combs, Seven Senses has become one of the area’s most popular restaurants in its seven year history.
“We will continue to provide the consistent food quality and top-notch service our guests have come to expect from us,” said Albrecht. “We are proud to serve the people of the Cookeville – Putnam County area; there’s no place I’d rather be.”
